Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

A fascinating technique that draws from the teachings of acupuncture (chi/energy) and modern psychology.

Tapping on these points sends a calming message to a very primitive area of our brain.

It signals to the brain that it is safe to relax.

EFT is simply based on talking about the problem (which we do in sessions anyway) while I guide you in tapping through the points.

It may sound a bit "weird" but there is significant research to support this excellent method.

You will feel the calming effect on the mind and body.

See the EFT video on this page.
