Is fear holding you back?

This month I'm talking about moving out of the status quo even when you're afraid or anxious.

I offer guidance for how you can move forward if you're not happy where you are. And even if you don't feel ready!

I have learned how to do this from others who have done it themselves.

I've learned from Susan Jeffers that the only thing certain about life is that there is uncertainty. And instead of seeing the rug being pulled out from under us, we can learn to dance on a shifting carpet.

Lastly, I like Kris Carr's words of courage: You are much more capable than you think. A hearty dose of trust is often what's needed to unlock the magic.
