This month I'm talking about being an introvert. You know who you are! Please don't try to hide this about yourself.
If you're NOT an introvert, I'm sure you know someone who is. This will help you understand them better.
If you don't already know - I am an introvert. Some may be surprised by that, others may not. I enjoy my one on one time with clients. This is my comfort zone. I enjoy the meaningful conversations we have. Introverts thrive on this kind of connection.
Put me in front of a large group, and you'll see this is not where I thrive. I must admit, I admire extroverts who do shine in this arena.
Introverts have strengths and extroverts have strengths. One way of being is not better than the other. We need both types of people and their unique strengths in the world. Each has something valuable to offer.
