What needs are driving your behavior?

Are you aware of your core needs? We all have them and they motivate our choices and actions each day.

 

Once you have an awareness of your unique core needs, you can begin to consider how you can meet these needs in healthy ways. Also, it's easier to make any decision if you allow your core needs to guide your decision-making process.
