The real truth about intelligence

You may be surprised to know that there are two parts to human intelligence - IQ (Intelligence Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Quotient).

 

People with high emotional intelligence are able to identify how they're feeling and are aware of how their actions affect others. They express emotions in a constructive way and are able to build positive relationships with various types of people.

 

People who have good emotional intelligence skills have higher self-esteem, they are more successful, and have better health. The good news is that we can learn these skills at any age.
